Our team of registered psychologists (also members of the Australian Pscyhological Society) and counsellors brings a combination of extensive experience in organisational psychology consulting and also in counselling. This includes extensive experience with the application of a wide range of psychological tests and questionnaires in selection and development settings at all levels. We also apply diagnostic assessment as part of the counselling process for people who have been victims of crime or trauma . We have accreditation with SHL and ACER - test developers and suppliers. We have been involved in conducting Assessment and Development Centres both in Australia and internationally. Competency design and job analysis work has formed the basis for assessment and development work.
We offer a qualified counsellor with extensive experience in policing and court procedures, working with victims of crime (including sexual assult and domestic violence), as well as working with offenders and their families. Also having a strong knowledge of the relationships we have with our pets through a lifetime shared with pet friends. We offer a caring and supportive service to help you through a difficult time.
